notice is hereby given THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
LOT 41, ORANGE BLOSSOM RANCH PHASE 1A ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 58 THROUGH 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 2064 SAGEBRUSH CIRCLE, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34120-4568.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. (EST), on the 8 day of April, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of the Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
