NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
The South 165 feet of Tract 4, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 4, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 79 and 80, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now and hereafter a part of the property, and all replacements and additions,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on April 8, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
