Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF TRACT 27, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 25, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 13 AND 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1711 Jung Boulevard East, Naples, Florida 34120, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on April 8, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
