NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2013, of the County Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Unit Number 102-R, Trafalgar Square, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1252, Pages 388 through 495, inclusive, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto including an undivided share of the common elements as set forth in the Declaration,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
