Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-1383 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 8 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 37, Block A, Lakewood, Unit No. 5, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 66, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
