Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-2167 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1, Building F, Poinciana Apartments, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Record Book 492, Pages 289 through 332, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
