NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003816 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which CitiMortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Aleatha Bazalgette, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Citibank, N.A., a national banking association, Tall Pines Property Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Marco Bronzini, Tenant #2 n/k/a Mark Bronzini, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 95 OF TALL PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 70, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
