NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004399 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Skala, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Andrea Skala, St. Croix at Pelican Marsh Condominium Association, Inc., TEANANT #1 N/K/A JOSH EMBERS, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGES 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
