NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007089 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., as Successor by Merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., Plaintiff and Jeffery Thomas Frank a/k/a Jeffrey T. Frank a/k/a Jeffery T. Frank and Susan Y. Frank a/k/a Susan Frank, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD Floor OF THE Courthouse ANNEX, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE EAST 203.55 FEET OF THE SOUTH 125.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 415.00 FEET OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
