LOT 5, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE MM A/K/A LACANTERA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Andy R. Hernandez, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: LIEBLER, GONZALEZ & PORTUONDO, P.A., Courthouse Tower - 25th Floor, 44 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida 33130, 30 DAYS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
