NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-3469-CA of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3RDFLOOR LOBBY OF THE Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10 day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 180 feet of Tract 69, of Golden Gate Estates, Unit 18, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Pages 7 and 8, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
