NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012CA003306 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and BASILIO E. BLANCO, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 784 AND 785, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
