NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 12, 2013, in Case No. 112010CA0063970001X of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Bank, an Ohio Banking Corporation, Successor by Merger with Fifth Third Bank, a Michigan Banking Corporation, Successor by Merger with First National Bank of Florida, are Plaintiffs, and Joshua A. Norris, Leana Morris, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Parcel 19, Naples Farm Sites. The North 82.5 feet of the South 1155 feet of the West 1/2 of Tract 39. Being a portion of Section 24, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Naples Farm Sites, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page(s) 34, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Subject to an access easement along the East 30 feet thereof. Parcel I.D. 61736080003.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
