NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 12, 2013, in Case No. 112012CA003273 of the Circuit Court ofthe Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage Company, are Plaintiffs, and Guillermo Bedoya, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 109, Golden Gate, Unit 3, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 97 to 105 inclusive, public records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
