RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 04, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006106 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and ANDY RICHARDSON A/K/A ANDY J. RICHARDSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit A-3120, HIDDEN HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM (F/K/A HORIZON-DESOTO LAKES), a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 623, Pages 2 through 70, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 33 through 41, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
