Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 14, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 222, OF SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGE(S) 87 AND 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 15080 SUMMIT PLACE CIRCLE, NAPLES, FL 34119 ; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
