NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 06, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-001107 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and MARIO VALLE A/K/A MARIO G. VALLE; SANDRA VALLE A/K/A SANDRA VALE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 9th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
