NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003426 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and RAMIRO ROJAS; MIRIAM ACOSTA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 10th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 26, BLOCK 5, TRAIL ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
