NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 19, 2013 in Civil Case No.:41 2009 CA 009623, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL1 is the Plaintiff, and, JAMEY MACARTHUR; LAURA ROMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMEY MACARTHUR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA ROMAN; STATE OF FLORIDA; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; FIA CARD SERVICES, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A MBNA AMERICA BANK, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on April 09, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, SUN CREST ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
