NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002511 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR 2007 01 was the Plaintiff and ALEXANDRA BERNDT, ET AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 234, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGES 1481 THROUGH 1630, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBER 32.
