NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15 day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-002177, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE ENCORE CREDIT RECEIVABLES TRUST 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and CLAUDIA QUINTERO A/K/A CLAUDIA G. QUINTERO FKA CLAUDIA G. KOHNKE, RAUL QUINTERO A/K/A RAUL A. QUINTERO A/K/A RAUL A. QUINTERO, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 11 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK K, POINCIANA VILLAGE, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
