NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1202923CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and TRAIAN ADRIAN PETRILA; LAURA LEE BRITT PETRILA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 23, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 78, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
