NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-001271, of the Circuit Court ofthe Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and JOHN R. HECKER; TAMARA J. HECKER; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; FOREST GLEN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER, INC.; BRITANNIA II OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRITANNIA OF FOREST GLEN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of April, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
UNIT 305, BUILDING 5, OF BRITANNIA II OF FOREST GLEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3211, PAGE 2499, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3970 LOBLOLLY BAY DRIVE UNIT 305, NAPLES, FL 34114.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
