NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA008042 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and RANDAL D. WHITE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WATERLEFE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERLEFE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION N/K/A SANDRA WHITE, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 7, WATERLEFE GOLF & RIVER CLUB, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36 PAGES 100 TO 108, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
