NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009990 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR2, Plaintiff and Moyez Jaffer and Mira Lakhani, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5-105, GRAND OAK AT TARA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1738, AT PAGES 5953 THROUGH 6051, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
