Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment/Order entered in the above-noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 216 of Golf Lakes Residents' Cooperative, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease, recorded in Official Records Book 1204, Pages 1307 through 1338, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
This property is in reference to the following mobile home and contents:
1972 BELL HOUSE TRAILER, VIN #24469942 & 24469941, TITLE #5447100 & 5447099, located at Lot# 216, in Golf Lakes, 504 50 B Avenue East, Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on April 15, 2013. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier' check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
