NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA000920 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4, MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2005-4 A, is the Plaintiff and MARIA IRIZARRY; JOSE IRIZARRY; CITIBANK, N.A.; ACCREDITED SURETY AND CASUALTY COMPANY, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ESMERELDA LARA; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSESSION #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on APRIL 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, MARJAMAA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
