NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 6, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 41-2010-CA-004651 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY E. ST. LAURENT, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SHIRLEY E. ST. LAURENT TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 27, 2005; VICTOR BRYAN ST. LAURENT, BENEFICIARY OF THE SHIRLEY E. ST. LAURENT TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 27, 2005; SHIRLEY ST LAURENT; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; NORTH OAKS ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A VICTOR ST. LAURENT; TENANT #2 N/K/A MAGGIE ST.
