NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018193 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and ANDREW KURTZ A/K/A ANDREW M. KURTZ, PAULA C. KURTZ, SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 8th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6774 AND 6775, UNIT 25, SOUTH VENICE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
