And any unknown parties who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action whose name and residences, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to Plaintiff and which said unknown parties may claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the said Defendants, LUIS TOTTI LUGO, who is not known to be dead or alive.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Unit 104, Building 1, ADMIRALS WALK, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Instrument Number 2005102528, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Alexander Scott Dennison, Esquire, Florida Defense Law, P.A. 1227 Second Street, Sarasota, Florida, 34236, on or before thirty (30) days from Date of First Publication of this Notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
