NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 4, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 009909 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and MARTIN J. DUNN, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of April, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, OFFICIAL UNRECORDED PLAT OF STILLWATER ON THE BAY, according to the plat thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Plat Book 1, Pages 7 & 7A, and as recorded in O.R. Instrument No. 2000107723, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with Easement over and across the following described property:
Commence at the SE corner of Section 18, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, thence North along East line of said Section 18, 2192.43 feet to a point in the centerline of Hollywood Boulevard; thence S 71°30' W, 31.6 feet to a point on the West R/W of said Hollywood Boulevard for the P.O.B.; thence continue S 71 °30' W, along the Northerly line of a 30 foot easement, 396.86 feet to the termination of said easement; thence S 18°30' W, along the Westerly line of said easement, 30 feet; thence N 71 °30' E, along the Southerly line of said easement, 386.86 feet to the Westerly R/W of aforementioned Hollywood Boulevard; thence North along the Westerly R/W of said Hollywood Boulevard, 31.53 feet to the P.O.B.; being and lying in Section 18, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
