NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 003316 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC is the Plaintiff and TERESA FARIAS; FLORIDA PALMS ASSOCIATION II, INC.; LELIO CELSO RAMIREZ FARIAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B, BUILDING R, FLORIDA PALMS II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1999, PAGES 1380 THROUGH 1435 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 26, PAEG 49, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
