NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-003756 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and AIMEE L. KIRVIN; CITY OF NORTH PORT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; CACH, LLC; HERON CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BRIAN BRODKORB are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
