NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018626 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS BONFIGLIO; RICHARD SQUIRES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD SQUIRES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 /AKA/DAVID COCHRAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2/AKA/RANDI COCHRAN; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK C/O PRESIDENT; LUIS BONFIGLIO are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on APRIL 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
