NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004482 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION, LLC is the Plaintiff and RICHARD D HANKS, RICHARD D HANKS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD H HANKS; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; CHRIS R HANKS; KERRY I HANKS; TROY M HANKS; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD H. HANKS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1847, 40TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 41, 41A THRU 41E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
