NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000055 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LAWRENCE LEIGHTON, DECEASED.; JACARANDA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SYMBIANT SERVICE CORP; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE LEIGHTON FAMILY TRUST DATED JANUARY 21, 1999 TRUST; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LEIGHTON FAMILY TRUST DATED JANUARY 21, 1999 TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 60, PHASE 15, JACARANDA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1413, PAGE 1693, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 40, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
