NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-005376 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and David C. Kis, Sonya Kis, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Tresa Dickerson, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15th day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
