NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005421 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE A. BRUNER; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SORRENTO VILLAS SECTION 4, ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE A. BRUNER; FRED WILKINS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 407, SORRENTO VILLAS, SECTION 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 843, PAGE 746 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 5, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
