NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000852 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-FRE2 Asset-Backed Pass-through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Marjory Davis; Joshua Davis; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 108, COLONIAL MANOR, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
