I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com , at 9:00 A.M. on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 3864, UNIT 53, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 64 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
