Final Judgement was filed on March 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-057367, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS A. YOKSICH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICHOLAS A. YOKSICH; MICHAEL H. FOREST; COMMERCE BANK OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA FKA CENTRAL BANK OF SOUTHWEST FL; ANDY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOTS 3,4, AND 5, BLOCK 1210, UNIT 19, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 121-135, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
