IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. The sale shall be held online by the Clerk of Court at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11 A.M. on April 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lakes Estates Unit Eleven, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 141, through 143, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco, County, Florida, together with a mobile home, permanently affixed and situated thereto, upon the real property described above.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
