NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055513 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of Mastr Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Jorida Guda; Jorida Guda; Jorida Guda; L.A. Mang Ahlstrom, as Trustee for the Roundstone Circle Trust; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A.: Three Oaks I Master Association, Inc.; Timberwalk at Three Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc. ; Unknown Beneficiary of the Roundstone Circle Trust; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK C, TIMBERWALK THREE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81 PAGE 65 THROUGH 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
