NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-056201 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2005-8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Gloria Tiuso a/k/a Gloria L. Tiuso; Magner Tiuso; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9:00 AM on the 8 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 AND 31, BLOCK 1272, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 97 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
