NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-004232WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4th day of April, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, HIGHLAND ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH LAND AND MOBILE HOME, YEAR 1997, MAKE: REDMAN, VIN # FLA14611111 “WHICH BY INTENTION OF THE PARTIES AND UPON RETIREMENT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE AS PROVIDED IN 319.261 FLA STAT., SHALL CONSTITUTE A PART OF THE REALTY AND SHALL PASS WITH IT.”
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
