NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-055196 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JOE VILLA, LUISA VILLA, WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AND BRISTOL PAR AT GATEWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, BRISTOL PARC, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 39-41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
