NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-005755ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAAC 2006SP1, is Plaintiff, and CAROLINA RODRIGUEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block M Chapel Pines Phase 3, according to the Plat thereof as Recorded in Plat book 48, pages 85 through 88, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
