Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 12, 2012, in Case Number 51-2012-CA-001512-WS, Division J3, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JEFFREY LAHM and GAIL LAHM are the Plaintiffs, and SHELDON ZUCKER, NELIA ZUCKER, THE WILDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. AND ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the on-line electronic judicial sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on APRIL 4, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit A, Building A-1-8, The Wilds, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 1184, Page(s) 1213, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page (s) 148-153, and subsequent amendments of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
