NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 10 day of April, 2013. that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 55, Block B (River Point) Verandah Unit Seven, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 23, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
