LOTS 47 AND 48, OF TRAILER HAVEN SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1985 44 x 24 TWIN MANOR MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NUMBER 124719958A&B.
Commonly known as: 9732 WARRICK STREET, PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA 34668.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. on or before April 22, 2013
